A dense and varied program for "Forum"

The various questions which agitate the industry are on the agenda of the "Forum" where many exports will intervene .

The different "Forums" provided in the Fruit Logistica will try to examine the relevant answers to the various questions of the sector.

The "Forum" is installed in the "Kleiner Stern " . The interventions will be simultaneously translated into German, English, French , Italian and Spanish. Participation is free .

1. Wednesday, 04/02 ( 11h- 12h) : "Winning the Future - Inspiring young consumers to the new media outlets." . The future of commerce is the use of future generations. But it is precisely young people who consume fewer fruits and vegetables. What makes the difference ? Poor communication and bad media? How best to reach younger consumers ?

2. Wednesday, 04/02 ( 13-14h30 ) " Quafety - A European program presents and promotes the early results ." This forum is dedicated to research on the many aspects of the quality and security sector . Seven European scientists present the project and results.

3. Wednesday, 02.04 . " Optimization potential in the supply chain - Refrigeration , storage and transport ." Logistics is the key to optimize the quality of the merchandise and bring it to the consumer in an optimal state without being very expensive. Innovations and solutions in the supply chain will be presented.

3 .Wednesday 4.02. " Exotic fruits . - Consumption and Trends " In many importing markets , exotic fruits are not only a visual feast but also enrich the assortment of culinary point of view . We will take a look at the international production and global consumption, and the Future: What trends are emerging ? Which varieties are required in the future? "
