Biennale internationale de l'Endive à Louvain

The 21st International Biennial of Endive, organized every two years, will take place in the region of Leuven (Belgium).

The conference will be held in Leuven and the technical visits and the exhibition to Rumbeke-Beitem. Organized by the Federation of horticultural cooperatives (VBT) , the Biennale will take place on October 5th and  6th 2012.

The theme for this year is: “ Endive ... Fresh Responsibly”.

Program : Production and trade's evolution in Europe, analysis of culture in producing countries, sustainable development and diversification opportunities.

The second day: visits to producers, demonstration of a biogas plant, exhibition of supplies.
