Peruvian avocado exports remain steady this season

Peru’s avocado exports in January and February 2023 show the same behavior as in the same months of 2022. 

According to Agrodata Perú, in January and February 2023, the country exported 18.680.424 kilos of the fruit worth $36.406.990.

In the same lapse of 2022, Peru shipped 18.379.415 kilos for $36.733.504.

The Netherlands remains the major recipient to date ($12.875.000), followed by China ($8.949.000), Spain ($6.103.000), Russia ($4.468.000), the United Kingdom ($1.182.000), and Chile ($754.000).
