Odélis will become "Rougeline" in January 2011
The company Odelis, based in Marmande (South West of France) is specialist in marketing of fruit and vegetables.
"On January 1st 2011, Odelis SAS will change its name to become Rougeline. We will be better identified" said the CEO of Odelis, Gilles Bertrandias, in a press release of the newspaper “Sud-Ouest”.
The group has 3 production areas: Marmande, Perpignan, Provence with 155 producers, 240 hectares of greenhouses; 1,400 people (including all production staff) and a turnover of 95 million euros.
The brand Rougeline, which is available on supermarkets and retailers, has sold over 70 000 tons of fruit and vegetables (58,000 tons of tomatoes, 2,200 tons of strawberries and red berries, 2,500 tons of ratatouille, 6 million salads, 800 tons of organic kiwifruits ...).
