Between January and July 2023, Peruvian artichoke exports showed a decline, if compared to the same lapse in 2022, according to Agrodata Perú. (photo: peru.info)
During the initial 7 months of the ongoing year, the country exported 14.765.210 kilos of the product, worth $42.114.824.
In the same term of 2022, Peru shipped 18.070.672 kilos of artichoke, for a total value of $46.645.167.
The main recipients until July 2023 were the United States (67%), Spain (21%), and France (4%), among others.
