Seasonal vegetables to celebrate Spring, is a new initiative by OPO Veneto and Coop Italia.
To get consumers to eat more vegetables, they need to give them something new, says the companies. What was done in collaboration with and OPO Veneto Coop Italia is to offer vegetables to celebrate the Spring: 3 types of lettuce,
1 cabbage, 1 bunch of radishes, 1 bunch of carrots. Vegetables are from the Polesine region (between Po and Adige).
Vegetables are accompanied by a booklet for consumers with the benefits of a healthy diet with quality products.
