Good prospects for seedless grapes in the region of Murcia: production is forecast to increase and international demand strengthens.

Gruventa, exporting company based in Lorquí (Murcia), started the season of table grapes "seedless" with great commercial expectations.
International demand is increasing for "seedless" table grapes, both in the center and in the north of the EU. The countries of the east and Russia begin, their requests may be intensifed, which would allow to diversify exports.
The Murcia region is the main producer and exporter Spanish region of "seedless" table grapes . These "seedless" varieties represent 70% of the grapes grown in the region. Most cultivated "Crimson Seedless" and "Superior Seedless" and "Autumn Royal" and "Flame seedless" varieties.
