Fresh produce played a central role in that growth, led by fruit categories.
Peru exported US$1.47 billion in organic agricultural products between January and November 2025, up 60% year on year, according to CIEN-ADEX data.
Organic blueberries ranked as one of the top products, generating US$171.4 million, a rise of nearly 30%, with the United States absorbing most shipments.
Bananas followed with US$109.2 million, holding stable volumes year on year. Most exports moved in fresh format, with the Netherlands, the US and Panama among the main buyers.
Ginger exports reached US$82.8 million, though shipments declined compared with the previous year.
Further down the ranking, mango posted one of the sharpest increases, while avocado, pineapple, orange, passion fruit, lemon, grapes and aguaymanto also contributed to export volumes.
By destination, North America accounted for just over half of total organic agricultural shipments, followed closely by Europe, confirming both regions as the core markets for Peru’s organic fresh produce.
