Freshuelva organizes each year the Berry Fruit Congress which has become the most important international convention for the berry sector, bringing together producers, traders and exporters in one place.
Although the development of COVID-19 in the Huelva region has given hope for the Berry Fruit Congress to be held next September as planned, the organizers have decided to cancel this year's event and postpone it in 2021.
The 6th edition of the Berry Fruit Congress will take place in June 2021, the organizers considering that on this date the whole sector will be out of the current health crisis.
Huelva has the largest berry production area (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries) in the European Union and the trade and export of these products are particularly important. Each year, Freshuelva organizes the Berry Fruit Congress.
This congress has become the most important international convention for the berry sector, bringing together producers, traders and exporters as well as suppliers and service providers in one place at Casa Colón in Huelva. The last Congress brought together over 1,300 professionals from the sector.
