The projected investment demonstrates the dynamism of the demand for avocados, a vector of new profits.
SHENZHEN KONDARL has announced on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that it will buy one of the largest law firms in Australia for 1 billion yuan (137 million euros).
A premature announcement according to an Australian media that the owner has not established any memorandum of understanding with the Chinese company. This announcement would simply signal the authorization obtained from the Chinese authorities to buy a property abroad and thus out of the capital of China. The actual purchase agreements would then take place and would in turn require approval from the Australian authorities.
Located in the Western Australia region, the operation includes 220 hectares of avocado orchards with 82,000 trees, and 240 hectares of mature young trees.
