The company "La Ferme de La Motte" based out of Talcy, France (41) has been a family-run diversified farm since 1876. It now extends over 700 hectares, 200 of which are dedicated to growing onion and banana shallots, and 80 hectares to organic farming.

Every year, the company grows, sells, and stocks 17 000 tons of onions (3 000 in refrigirators), and 3 000 tons of banana shallots (500 in fridges).

This triple "status" gives La Ferme de la Motte a lot of flexibility which enables them to adapt their farming, processing, and packaging methods to the needs of each client.
