Tesco will grow faster than Wal-Mart and Carrefour

Tesco, the third global retailer behind Wal-Mart and Carrefour is expected to grow faster than its two competitors in 2015.
The study of the specialized institute IGD newly published and forecasts a growth of 7.5% per year for Tesco by 2015, 4.7% for Wal-Mart and 5.9% for Carrefour.
IGD provides that the two leaders will retain their place in leading the industry with sales of 402 billion for Wal-Mart and 122 billion for Carrefour. Tesco is expected to reach 106 billion Euros.
According to IGD, about 43% of sales of these distributors will be carried out internationally. At the end of the year, Tesco announced plans to quadruple its sales in China to raise 4.7 billion Euros over the next five years, by doubling its number of hypermarkets.
