Already available in several countries (UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland) Flower Sprout® continues to conquer new markets in Europe.

Officially presented at Fruit Logistica 2015 ( our info from 30.01) this new vegetable was widely available on the European markets this year.

Already available in 6 countries, Flower Sprout® will arrive in France.

New vegetable , developed by traditional hybridization, Flower Sprout® resssemble a small cabbage with serrated leaves. It is rich in vitamins : 100 g Flower Sprout® contain 2 times the amount of Vitamin C than conventional Brussels sprouts and double Vitamin B6.
