The 2013 campaign has started

The 2013 campaign of the Primeur potatoes of the island of Noirmoutier started.

In the island of Noirmoutier, the campaign of the Primeur potatoes has just begun. In week 12, almost 15 tons of potatoes were sent, while for the week 13 the forecast is 150 tons.

The Primeur potato of the island of Noirmoutier is the most traditional and most popular production of the group of farmers on the island. The very fine skin, easy to be peeled, the freshness and sweet flavour allow the potato to be harvested before ripening, 90 days after being planted.
