The first Dutch pears exported to Mexico

Since week 24, pears imported from the Netherlands are available for sale in a chain of Mexican supermarkets.
On June 11th, Margriet Leemhuis, ambassador of the Netherlands to Mexico, presented the first box of Dutch pears, variety Conference, to the supermarket chain Superama.
Over the next few weeks, the Dutch Pear Conference will be actively promoted in different Superama outlets throughout Mexico.
The leading Dutch exporter of pears in Mexico is FruitMasters, the sales organization with more than 400 affiliated producers.
