Fruitnet's sister company: Melvin's Fruit.

Fruitnet, one of the most important apple and pear grower/shipper in Belgium, has decided to create a sister company, Melvin' Fruit, to answer to the ever-growing fruit demand in Eastern Europe.

Fruitnet has been producing apples and pears in Visé, Belgium, since 1988 and is now the Delaize group's sole apple and pear supplier, shipping 3 to 4 trollies daily.

Mr. Hensen, the company's Sales Director, has decided to keep Fruitnet's focus on the Belgian market, and to start up another company (Melvin's Fruit) to better serve Eastern Europe.
