2nd edition of Mexico Alimentaria Food Show: 7 to 9 December 2017

The second edition of "Mexico Alimentaria Food Show" will take place from December 7 to 9.

Organised by Sagarpa, the chamber of commere and by ASERCA, the Ministery of Agriculture, this event is announced to bring together 900 exhibitors from different sectors: Fruit & Vegetables, fish, meat and related industries and services...

"Considering he Mexican economy, fruit & vegetables will represent the largest part of exhibition with 500 exhibitors" precises Mr Manuel Pozo Cabrera, Coordinador General de Promocion in SAGARPA.

The show will be organised together with 38 events & conferences, business meetings with 128 international buyers.

In 2016 for its first edition, the event already brought together 56.000 visitors and 722 stands, according to organizers figures.

For few months, already Mexican exporters have a strong desire to develop their sales outside the traditional North American market. In 2017, the show benefits from larger international promotion with presentation on different events like PMA Fresh Summit (USA), Anuga (Germany), Foodex, Alimentaria Guatemala...
