Grape exports value increased 17% in the 2021/22 season

Revenues from Peruvian table grape exports reached $1,367,796,876 at the end of the 2021/22 season, an increase of 17% compared to the $1,165,016,344 achieved in the same period of the previous season, according to the Association of Producers of Table Grape from Peru (Provid).
They pointed out that this last season exports totaled 64 million boxes, which reflects an increase of 13% compared to the 57 million boxes (8.2 kilos each) exported in the previous season.
The main destinations were the United States, constituting 41% of the total volume (26,240,000 boxes), the Netherlands with 14% (8,960,000), China with 13% (8,320,000), Mexico 5%, the United Kingdom United 5% and others.
