Launches of two avocados campaigns, in France and in United Kingdom by ProHass.
The Hass Association of Peru avocados producers launches for the first time a campaign in France.
Tastings will be held in French stores (Auchan, Carrefour, Cora, Système-U, Casino, Monoprix) and two days of animations at M.I.N of Rungis.
At the same time, the second campaign will take place in United Kingdom. They wish to make of avocados a natural alternative for the food complements. Avocados being rich in vitamins and in fibers.
Peru became the third avocados exporter in the world, after Mexico and Chile, and first towards the European Union. During 10 years, Hass avocados production has increased from 2 000 to 50 000 tons. A 100 000 ton production is planned before 2013.
