ANUGA showcasing innovations and trends in the global food industry.
The 34th edition of ANUGA has just set new records (exhibitors, visitors) that prove its position as the world's most important trading platform for the international agri-food industry.
ANUGA 2017 brought together 7,405 companies from 107 countries in an exhibition space of 284,000 m². Among them, 716 German exhibitors and 6,689 foreign exhibitors. The show attracted 165,000 trade visitors from 198 countries.
Presentations of all innovative products from all over the world but also the latest trends in trade. The digital is unavoidable. Customers will become more and more "omni-shoppers" wishing both the convenience of online orders where the smartphone will be the key element and user-friendliness of shopping in a retail. The tenders will have to try to respond to these various requests.
The most remarkable themes and trends this year: foods and beverages rich in protein, "superfoods". Organic products, vegetarian and vegan products are also in demand.
The next ANUGA fair will take place from the 5th to the 9th of October 2019
