The campaign is launched for artichokes " Prince de Bretagne " .

A favorable spring weather allowed an early arrival and optimum quality artichokes :

- Camus variety already 600 tonnes per week

- Petit Violet variety: proposed bag cool heads 5 , which corresponds to current consumption .

The bag preserves the freshness of the artichokes and provides preparation tips- ideas.
