The new "soup" bag is presented on the Fermes Larrere stand.
The Fermes Larrere specialized in the production of carrots in the Landes, in traditional and organic, present at MedFEL their product which was elected Flavor of the Year: the Choudou.
This cabbage which is grown organically as well as conventionally has the particularity to be consumed raw and cooked, it has a slightly sweet taste and it has crispy leaves.
In novelty the Fermes Larrere also present a "soup" package. This bag contains all the fresh vegetables to make different soups, 4 versions are presented. The special feature of this pouch is that it is aimed especially for children to encourage them in a playful way to participate in the preparation of the soup.
