MISSION PRODUCE wants to expand the supply of organic avocado

MISSION PRODUCE is one of the leading operators in the avocado industry. The company, based in California and Peru, also has operations in Mexico, Chile, Canaga, the Netherlands, and China, as well as 9 sites in North America. 

 

 

Wanting to expand the supply of organic avocado MISSION PRODUCE just promoted Megan Rood to the post of Organic Category Manager. She will manage relationships with key accounts, work with emerging sources in organic supply and develop new customers. 

 

 

The company officials believe that the biological category will continue to expand. The time is ripe to develop additional resources, new markets and new customers to consolidate leadership in the supply of organic avocados. 

 

 

With its strong supply base (California, Mexico, Peru) MISSION PRODUCE will be able to offer organic avocado all year.
