Australia: Apricots harvest doubles

Good growing conditions have seen Tasmania's apricots harvest double on last season. Severe frosts cut yields across the state last year. QEW Orchard in Tasmania's south supplies apricots to mainland supermarkets and produced about 600 tons of fruit this year.
This season didn't have the frosts of 2006, which happened late in the season.
