Russia blocks the loading of Turkish mandarins

According to laboratory controls carried out by the Russian phytosanitary service (Rosselhoznadzor), the Mediterranean fruit fly is at issue and the loading should be returned to his Turkish exporter.

According to Russian authorities, 170 tons of tangerines from Turkey were returned in the same way for similar causes in the month of October.
