MACFRUT establishes a new partnership in Colombia

Following the partnerships with Fruit Attraction (Madrid) and Sival (Angers), MACFRUT is strengthening its internationalization process with an agreement in Colombia.

 

 

 

At a meeting in Bogotá to promote business relations between Italian and Colombian companies in the Fruits & Vegetables sector, several initiatives have emerged. Actions will be planned at the next edition of Macfrut (Fiera di Rimini from 8 to 10 May 2019) and a partnership will be set up between Cesena Fiera (organizer of Macfrut) and Corferias for Expoagrofuturo in Medellin (22 September 24, 2019).

 

 

 

Colombia was Macfrut International Partner 2018. The country produces more than 9 million tonnes of Fruits & exports 2 million tonnes. The Fruit & Vegetable sector is growing strongly but needs technologies to raise its production standards and increase the competitiveness of its exports.

 

 

 

This new partnership can bring unprecedented opportunities to many companies in the sector.
