Mixed results for the export of citrus

The lemons export is half of exports between September 18 and October 31, 2014 , with an increase of 10 percent in value compared to the same period last year. Mandarins are the ones that have experienced the largest increase : 48 percent in quantity and 28 percent in value and 34 percent are exported during the period cited citrus . Good increase for grapefruits by 30 percent in quantity and 19 percent in value. For cons , the export of oranges , despite an early authorization has not met expectations and is 37 percent lower than the same period in 2013, an export value of 47 percent.
Iraq and Russia are vying for first place and make up half of the Turkish citrus exports , followed distantly by Ukraine and Saudi Arabia. Note the export of Germany decreased by 11% in quantity and 19 % in value placing 9th in importing countries.
