First harvest of roses of the season

Although this activity is traditional in the Isparta region, it has been advocated as an alternative culture and developed in the surrounding areas of Afyon, Burdur and Denizli.

On a testing area of 1000 decares, 200 small producers had produced about 270 tons of rose water in 2013. This year, production is rising. This product is used in about fifty cosmetics and food products.
