Jérôme Lavaire, new president, Hexagro.
The handover from Bernard Estivin, president and founder to Jerome Lavaire underlines the success of the network of independent wholesalers now chaired by the second generation.
Bernard Estivin directed and focused Hexagro for 18 years, using his charisma for group cohesion, even in bad weather. Not content with this success, the group's leader cedes the presidency in the best conditions, avoiding a dispute about succession or a power vacuum.
At its general meeting of shareholders Hexagro renewed its Board of Managers. It has 6 members, corporations
, namely member companies represented by: Eric Ginard (Provence Dauphiné), Rémy Moreau (Laurance Primeurs), Michel Seray (PVM), Yves Guimard (Estivin), Jérôme Lavaire (Ribéprim), Jean-Charles Pons (Pons Primeurs). The board of managers elected Jerome Lavaire for the presidency. Jerome's father, Yves Lavaire is a founding partner of Hexagro.
Jerome Lavaire is looking for a Management Board to work togother and share opinions after having long relied on the strong involvement of Bernard Estivin. It welcomes the rejuvenation of the presidency and the Council and the successful transmission to the second generation.
