Today, at Fruit Logistica, Apofruit presented its premium brand Solarelli and its innovative products: seedless pepperoni, kiwifruit and Sunions onion. According to Gianluca Casadio, Marketing Manager for Apofruit, their new Sunions onion variety will not make you cry while peeling.

The Solarelli brand by Apofruit is 100% Italian and is distinguished by the high quality and innovation of the product. It is sold for both retail and normal trade in Italy, Germany, Austria, and also for supermarkets in the Arab Emirates.

The Sunions variety, developed by BASF Vegetable Seeds Business, is in the running for the Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2022.
