Anuga, the largest trade fair for the food industry, will give an opportunity to discover the latest trends from around the world.
Anuga, the world's largest trade fair for food and beverages, will have Italy as country partner.
The 2011 edition will welcome nearly 6,500 suppliers from 100 countries, the exhibition area will reach 300,000 m2, and more than 150,000 visitors are expected. The exhibition will present the world offer for food and catering market.
With about 1,000 exhibitors, italians are the most represented at Anuga for almost 20 years and will be the partner country of this edition.
