MedFEL : Portugal Fresh invites you to rediscover Portuguese products

Fresh Portugal, the association for the promotion of fruit and vegetables in Portugal, participates in MedFEL 2014.

Born in December 2010, Portugal Fresh association aims to develop and promote the Portuguese products internationally. To develop the full potential of domestic products with a new approach and a union of the industry companies. 

Portugal Fresh is now a significant association, gathering 36% of national agricultural production and 61% of crop production, which generate a turnover of EUR 2 300 million. Key to the development sector of the economy, the agricultural sector has many strengths (favorable climate to a multitude of products, proximity to major European markets) to enable further develop the country's exports.

Recently, Portugal has been selected as the Partner Country by Fruit Logistica trade fair in Berlin for its edition 2015.
