Cabbages deliveries have doubled

This year, cabbage delivery to Russia has 2 times exceeded previous year’s figures.

Due to the latest data, Russia has imported almost 7 tons of white cabbage in March 2013, this number exceeds the amount of white cabbage bought by the country last year during this same period. There was delivered around 3,8 tons of white cabbage to the Russian market in March 2012.

The latest figures of cabbage purchasing are considered to be the record ones within last 5 years period. The agricultural specialists forecast growth of the demand for white cabbage inside Russian market next month.
