Kurdistan is looking for new partners

Kurdistan, which is a part of Iraq, is seeking out to develop its agricultural exports. With 3,2 million hectares, the region is generating 27% of the national horticultural production. Rich soils and water abundance are enabling to produce 50% of the total country production in fruits and vegetables.
Kurdistan is currently producing fruits like apples, grapes, apricots, grenades, pears, peaches, watermelons and melons.
Moreover, Kurdistan is also producing vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
