Chile updates fruit export registers for key regional markets

SAG’s June updates cover kiwi shipments to Brazil, stone fruit and apple exporters to Peru, and fruit-fly campaign records.
Chile has moved forward with a new round of official export-register updates for fresh fruit, supporting phytosanitary control and market access across several destinations in Latin America.
The Agricultural and Livestock Service updated June records covering consolidated fruit-fly campaign areas, approved kiwi sites for inspection under Brazil’s SMR system, and authorised exporters of stone fruit and apples to Peru.
The updates are part of Chile’s technical export framework, where listed production sites, establishments and exporters help authorities and operators confirm whether fruit meets the requirements of each destination market.
For exporters, the registers are especially relevant during active shipping windows, when market access depends on updated phytosanitary status, approved inspection systems and traceable supply-chain information.
Alongside the SAG updates, ODEPA continues to publish daily and weekly bulletins on wholesale fruit and vegetable prices and volumes in Chile’s main markets. The data provides a current view of domestic supply movement and price behaviour, giving producers, traders and buyers a clearer base for commercial decisions.
