The Giant chain plans to open 35 new stores in the UAE.
Giant has opened its first store in Abu Dhabi and its sixth store in the UAE. The French chain and its local franchisees plan to open 35 new
outlets in the UAE over the next 2 years.
Giant has been present in the region since 2001 with its first hypermarket in Bahrain before launching other hypermarkets in Dubai in 2005 and Kuwait in 2009.
