Future Value Retail operates with 191 stores "Food Bazaar" and will launch a new format dedicated to fruit and vegetables.
Future Value Retail chain which has outlets in 70 Indian cities will introduce a new format of stores dedicated to fruit and vegetables.
Currently, fruit and vegetables are sold in approximately 191 outlets under the brand Food Bazaar across the country. The size of these stores varies from 700 to 1500 m2.
The company is working on strengthening the supply chain and the establishment of a grouping center. Future Value Retail expects to achieve a margin of at least 10% by focusing on fruit and vegetables.
Future Value Retail plans to open by March its first stores devoted to fruit and vegetables in 8 to 10 of the largest cities of India.
