Decrease in Peruvian air exports of asparagus

In the first half of 2021, Peru exported 15,421 tons of fresh and refrigerated asparagus by air. It is a contraction of 20.4% compared to what was exported in the same period last year, according to the Peruvian Foreign Trade Society (Comex Peru).

These 15,421 tons represented 37.72% of the total Peruvian exports by air (40,882 tons), being the main export product by this modality.
