Strawberries from Coop Sole leave for Dubai

Coop Sole, 50 this year, has begun exporting strawberries to the United Arab Emirates.
A new market has opened for Coop Sole which now ships strawberries to Dubai.
Following Europe, where Coop Sole exports its products (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Poland), Coop Sole sends 25 quintals of strawberries several times a week to Dubai, thanks to an agreement with a
French supermarket chain based in the UAE.
Humble beginnings, but an important step to gain market share. Coop Sole is based in Parete, near Naples. Founded in 1962, it celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. It has 104 members and a turnover of 20 million.
