The takeover of Berkvens Greenhouse Mobili by Taks Handling Systems giving both companies opportunities for further growth

Taks Handling Systems, Dutch developer, builder and installer of complete harvest processing in packaging halls for fruits and vegetables in greenhouses around the world, has taken over all shares of Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility in Astana, developer and producer of scissor lifts, harvest trolleys and AGV (Automatically Guided Vehicle) for greenhouses.

Together, the companies are now able to offer growers complete turnkey solutions for crop care, internal transport and harvest processing, giving both companies opportunities for further growth both nationally and internationally.

Ari Meeuwissen will remain shareholder and Managing Director of Taks Handling Systems, and will also become a shareholder and Managing Director of the acquired Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility, which brand will continue to exist in the market. The takeover has no consequences for the personal of both companies.

Erwin Berkvens, owner of Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility, will remain fully involved with the company and will focus on research and development, which guarantees his knowledge and experience.
