The 2022 edition of the Macfrut fair will take place in May

Macfrut 2021 took place in Rimini from September 7 to 9 and the organizers estimated at 32,600 the number of people present during the 3 days of the fair. The next edition of the show will be held in May 2022

 

Macfrut 2021 shows very satisfactory results. After more than a year and a half of virtual relationships for professionals in the sector, the 1st international face-to-face show dedicated to fruits and vegetables recorded 32,600 attendances over the 3 days, according to the organizers.

The sector showed, with this great participation, its attachment to the fair, which represents the Italian showcase of fruits and vegetables in the world, as well as the desire to return to 'normal' relations. During the 3 days we breathed a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere, witnessed by a participation well beyond expectations "explained Renzo Piraccini, President of Macfrut.

 

“But beyond the figures, which do not say everything in a professional event, it is the high quality of operators and visitors that made the difference - adds Renzo Piraccini - as well as the high quality of the content, which represents the distinctive and specific feature of Macfrut, the only show dedicated to the entire sector. Macfrut is the result of a great teamwork that brought together the exhibitors, the staff of Cesena Fiera and the specialist partners of the sector, with whom we addressed the key themes of the coming years: Agri2000 for biostimulants, Anbi and Cer for Acquacampus, Ncx Drahorad for Italian Berry Day, Agroter for retail, Luciano Trentini and Cermac for dynamic areas ”.
