The acquisition of Vertical Air Solutions by Pipp Horticulture

Pipp Horticulture, one of the leading providers of space‐saving, multi‐level mobile cultivation systems, announced the acquisition of Vertical Air Solutions LLC (VAS), provider of air circulation systems and related products to the global indoor vertical farming industry.

According to James Cunningham, Founder of VAS, in 2017, when their first airflow technology could not fit into standard mobile racking configurations, Pipp was prepared and willing to customize their system in order to accept VAS' system. Since then, the companies have built a strong relationship that has led to an official partnership.
