Fruit Attraction 2021 has exceeded objectives

Fruit Attraction 2021, the first face-to-face edition after the pandemic, hosted 62,000 professionals from 110 countries, according to the organizers. This result exceeds the objectives and expectations set before the event.

 

Organized by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, Fruit Attraction 2021 was held from October 5 to 7 and had the participation of 1,300 companies, the international participation represented 46% of the total participation with 600 foreign companies from 43 countries. Occupying more than 40,000 m2, the show welcomed 62,000 professionals from 110 countries.

 

The volume of international visitors represented 37% of the total. Once again this year, the participants from Europe were the most numerous in the international segment, with in particular those coming from France, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland and Germany. The number of Latin American professionals has also been significant, especially those from Peru, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador, to which must be added those from North America.

 

Fruit Attraction has once again confirmed its status as a key business event for production, marketing and distribution globally.

 

The next edition of the fair will be held in Madrid from October 4 to 6, 2022, under the leadership of Ms. María José Sanchez, new manager of the agri-food section of IFEMA Madrid.
