“MODELE COMPACT-MC18”: cellulose moulded cell for bushel
The main advantages of the cell "modèle compact–MC18" are:
- Labour force time divided into 10 when loading a palleted container compared to a bulk loading. The MC18 cell enables a faster filling of the bushels containers with an excellent filling level (over 21 tons).
- Cheaper transport cost: loading optimized with the new cell (one more layer per pallet)
- Cheaper store cost: saving of 20% volume for the same weight (storage area), and 14% trolley moving
- Better pallet stability, more compact, and more resistant at squashing: the layers are rectangular with joint crates; the crates are lower.

100% compatible with standard bushel grades and crates 60x40.
- More environment-friendly: the MC18 cell is eco-designed:
o the 3 main grades (100, 112,126) use only 4 layers instead of 5 for the standard bushel
o the bushel adapted to the MC18 cells has a cardboard unfold area 6% smaller than the standard bushel.
o the MC18 cell is made with recycled papers, and with no colouring (écru colour); it's recyclable and biodegradable.
