Brazil-India Agreement for the export of apples

Brazil will start to export apples to India.
An agreement was concluded between the Brazilian Minister of Agriculture Mr. Blairo Maggi and his Indian counterpart, M.Radha Mohan Singh.
Brazil will be able to export apples, eggs and chicks to India. India will be able to export to Brazil onions, grapes, rice and corn.
The two ministers agreed that a working group to define the priorities of the food trade is necessary. Stressing that member countries of the BRICS (an acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) need to strengthen their agreements and give priority to food trade.
