The agriculture will need 23 million dollars

The FAO is asking for funds to support the local agriculture production.
The ONU organisation and the FAO explain that they will need 23 million dollars for agriculture further to the seism.
This amount will allow supporting agriculture production in the destroyed zone by the seism, but also in the rural zones that have not been touched directly.
« We expect some massive movements of population and problems on agricultural infrastructures. So we have to do our best to insure agriculture production and the survival » says Mr Ari Tubo Ibrahim.
The next sowing beginning in March, the support to the farmers for next week is vital. Funds are necessaries for the restoration destroyed by the earthquake, in particular for irrigations channels, markets, roads and mains infrastructures.
