Successful test for FLOWER SPROUT at FRUIT ATTRACTION

Participation in FRUIT ATTRACTION was a test for the introduction of the new vegetable in the Spanish market and other markets of the Mediterranean countries.
At the show, the new vegetable FLOWER SPROUT® chose an original presentation taking part in FRUIT FUSION, cooking demonstrations (show-cooking) organized by the exhibition.
FLOWER SPROUT® was also present on the stand Tozer Seeds (7C12D), the home of British seed which, after 15 years of work and using traditional culture techniques, has succeeded in developing this hybrid between Brussels sprouts and cabbage curly. The cooking demonstrations were very successful and generated a lot of interest from operators in this new product.
The UK since 2010 and some European countries (Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland) already have FLOWER SPROUT® which is available from October to March.
