Gala apples prices plunge in Poland

According to the latest data, prices for Gala apples have started to go down within Polish fruits market. Based on the recent information, main prices fall has been registered in export apples market segment. At the current moment apples costs comprise approximately 0,18 – 0,38 EUROkg. This price decrease could be attributed to growth of apples supply within domestic market of Poland. Consequently apples producers make concessions and ship off apples at lower prices even against stable demand from exporters’ side.
