WUWM Conference in Thessaloniki

WUWM World Union of Wholesale Markets held its spring conference in Greece, in May 2014.

Spring conference of WUWM (World Union of Wholesale Markets) will be held in Thessaloniki, in Greece, in May 14 to 16.

The conference theme will be: "Markets: platform for logistics excellence." Reflections will focus on the challenges and opportunities that offer financing of markets. Tracks to manage markets in innovative ways will also be proposed.

The wholesale market of Thessaloniki is the heart of a region of more than 1 million people, in the second city after Athens and the second economic center of Greece. Thessaloniki is a major transportation hub, with an important commercial port for Greece and throughout the hinterland of south-eastern Europe.
