Ukrainia refused Turkish tomatoes

Ukrainian agricultural specialists are reported to be concerned regarding moth in tomatoes brought from Turkey

State health service regularly detects South American tomato moth in products imported from Turkey.

In March 2013, state phitosanitary control service has examined tomatoes delivered from Turkey via Odessa sea port. 5 tons of imported products have appeared to contain this very pest. This lot of vegetables has been withdrawn from commerce. In April 2013 tomato moth has been found in 2 tons of tomatoes brought from Turkey.
